Some people start with red. These two start with something more interesting — a contrast that makes both taste better when next to each other.

Blanco Reserva is made from aged Mistela, infused with star anise, lemon verbena, quina and angelica, then rested in acacia wood. It's slightly sweet, slightly bitter, herbal and zesty — the kind of white vermouth that makes you understand why the Spanish take aperitivo seriously.

Dorado Amargo Suave comes from the same Padró family estate in Bràfim, Tarragona, but takes a different direction entirely. 
Macabeo grapes, amaro-gentian, and 10–12 months in chestnut barrels produce a beautiful amber vermouth with balsamic depth and perfectly balanced bittersweet character.

Pour them side by side.
Add ice to each.
A slice of lemon on the Blanco, an orange on the Dorado.
That's la hora del vermut.
