Made with selected white grapes and darkened with green walnuts, Casa Mariol's Black Vermouth is macerated and flavoured with herbs local to Terra Alta.

Mahogany with chestnut tones, it's refreshingly acidic, well balanced and complex, with a slight bitter touch and caramel notes on the finish — the perfect aperitif the traditional way.

Aroma: Thyme and vanilla, gentle notes of orange peel, cinnamon and clove, liquorice.
