La Madre Dry Vermouth

The dry vermouth of the La Madre family — pale straw in colour, with an intense, dry aroma where vanilla and lavender stand out among the botanicals.

Very dry on the palate and directly dominated by star anise and nutmeg, it finishes intensely bitter with just enough acidity for excellent freshness. Ideal with ice and tonic water, or in classic cocktails like the Clarito.
