La Madre Premium Vermouth

La Madre Premium is built from 40 carefully selected botanicals, mashed for 35 days in ceramic amphorae to draw out their essence, then aged six months in chestnut barrels.

Once blended with a base white wine, the vermouth rests a further four months in oak to round out its flavour — landing on an intense red vermouth with an exuberant, complex aromatic expression.

Serve well chilled, as an aperitif or a digestif.

Nose: Succulent and exuberant, with a complex aromatic expression.

Mouth: Balsamic and herbal notes mixed with toasted oak, finishing on a perfectly integrated bitterness.
