La Madre White Vermouth – Green Apple

Pale straw in colour, La Madre White is vibrant with sweet fragrance dominated by intense green apple.

Fresh, clean and subtly herbaceous on the palate, with liquorice, citrus and a sharp sweetness giving way to a mildly bitter, herbally complex finish — the aftertaste predominantly apple, smoothed by bitter roots and tree bark.

An approachable vermouth even for first-timers.
