La Vinagrista Terra Alta Red Grenache Vinegar 250ml

A red wine vinegar from Garnatxa Negra (red Grenache), grown on 35-year-old vines in the poor clay-limestone soils of Terra Alta.

La Vinagrista make their vinegars in Batea, Terra Alta. This is a dry vinegar with no ageing, bottled unfiltered and unpasteurised.

Ruby red, with aromas of ripe red fruit, blackberry, cherry and candied strawberry. Lively on the palate, with marked but balanced acidity, a silky texture and plenty of body.

Appearance: Ruby red.
