A white wine vinegar from Garnatxa Blanca (white Grenache), the grape Terra Alta is known for, grown on 25-year-old vines in poor clay-limestone soils.

La Vinagrista make their vinegars in Batea, Terra Alta. This is a dry vinegar with no ageing, bottled unfiltered and unpasteurised.

Straw yellow, delicate and fresh, with green apple, white peach and subtle floral notes. Smooth, elegant and versatile, with lively but well-balanced acidity and a finish of ripe white fruit.
